In Tennessee, if you have been charged with a crime and convicted, you can never have that conviction
expunged from your record. However, if you have been charged with a crime and you were acquitted, you can
have the charge expunged. Additionally, if you have successfully completed either pretrial or judicial diversion,
you can also apply for expungement.
